ParentAccord™ is a product of Accord Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
ParentAccord is intended solely for users located in the United States. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals in the European Economic Area.
ParentAccord™ collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, parent role, and any data you enter into the platform such as messages, calendar events, expense records, decisions, parenting plans, and related documents.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve ParentAccord™ services, including facilitating communication between co-parents, tracking shared schedules and expenses, enforcing parenting plan rules, and generating exportable documentation. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider, with industry-standard encryption and row-level security policies to ensure each user can only access their authorized data. Supabase accesses your data solely to provide infrastructure services on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Information you enter into ParentAccord™ may be visible to your designated co-parent as part of the platform's shared functionality, including messages, calendar events, expense records, decisions, and parenting plan details. We use Brevo, an email delivery provider, to send transactional communications such as account verification and notifications. Brevo accesses your email address solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties except as required by law, to protect our rights, or with your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal information.
If you choose to share information with a professional through ParentAccord or the Accord Professional Network, the information shared may include the records, summaries, exports, messages, calendar items, decisions, expenses, or other information you authorize or make available through the platform. ParentAccord does not automatically share your private records with professionals unless you take action to grant access or request sharing through an available feature.
Professionals are responsible for handling information they receive according to their own professional, ethical, legal, and privacy obligations.
ParentAccord™ uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded parenting plans, detect communication tone, and extract actionable rules. AI-processed data is used solely within the platform to improve your experience and is not shared externally.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may export your data through the Export feature. To request account deletion, please use the settings page or contact us at info@parentaccord.com.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We collect limited anonymized usage data — such as feature interactions and session activity — to improve platform performance. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
When you use ParentAccord™, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, device type, operating system version, and app version. This information is used solely for security, authentication, and platform stability purposes and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
ParentAccord™ is designed for use by adults (parents/guardians). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Information about children entered by parents is protected under the same security measures as all user data.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently and immediately deleted, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
