ParentAccord™ is a product of Accord Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using ParentAccord™, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including both co-parents and any authorized third parties.
ParentAccord™ is a co-parenting communication and coordination platform. It provides tools for messaging, scheduling, expense tracking, decision workflows, parenting plan management, mediation support, and documentation export. The platform is designed to reduce conflict and create accountability.
You must create an account to use ParentAccord™. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as needed.
You agree to use ParentAccord™ only for its intended purpose of co-parenting coordination. You shall not use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user. All communications through the platform may be logged to support transparency and accountability. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or access another user's data without authorization.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to ParentAccord™. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages, documents, or other data.
ParentAccord™ includes decision workflows with configurable response windows and default actions. By using these features, you acknowledge that failing to respond within the designated timeframe may trigger predetermined actions (e.g., mediation referral, proposer decides). These features are tools for coordination and do not constitute legal advice or binding legal agreements.
The AI-powered parenting plan parser extracts rules from uploaded documents for convenience. Extracted rules are informational aids and should be verified against your original legal documents. ParentAccord™ does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted rules.
The Accord Professional Network is a directory and connection feature for independent professionals who may support families during divorce, separation, co-parenting, parenting transitions, financial planning, real estate transitions, mental health support, coaching, mediation, or related family-transition needs. ParentAccord does not employ these professionals and does not control the services they provide.
ParentAccord is not a law firm, therapy provider, financial advisor, real estate brokerage, court service, or emergency service. ParentAccord does not provide legal, mental health, financial, real estate, tax, therapeutic, or crisis advice. Any professional services are provided by the individual professional or their practice under their own terms, credentials, licenses, professional obligations, and scope of practice.
Listing in the Accord Professional Network does not guarantee results, court acceptance, professional suitability, license status, availability, conflict-free representation, or outcome in any legal, parenting, financial, therapeutic, real estate, or court-related matter. Users are responsible for evaluating whether a professional is appropriate for their needs.
Parents and users are responsible for deciding what information to share with a professional. Professional access to ParentAccord records, summaries, exports, or insights should only occur with appropriate user authorization. Access may be limited, scoped, or revoked where the platform supports those controls.
If you are experiencing an emergency, threat of harm, abuse, domestic violence, child safety issue, mental health crisis, or urgent legal situation, contact emergency services, crisis resources, law enforcement, the court, or a qualified professional immediately. ParentAccord is not designed for emergency use.
ParentAccord™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
